I now understand why Link Living is so highly rated . Getting them to manage my property...couldn't be any easier.

Brad quickly responded to my inquiry, sending all the required documents and a comprehensive video detailing their rental appraisal. And this all happened in the middle of the end-of-year break.

He then continued to be very active during the break, helping us to get early access to the property and take photos before the official handover. He even launched the announcement before the handover. All to ensure that the property would stay as little as possible in the market. And that's exactly what happened. With less than a week from the official handover, the rent was secured with great tenants.

I like living in my current apartment. It is quiet and far away from the main road and business zone; It is...convenient because of the surrounding facilities (e.g., gym, swiming pool), and shoping mall, supermarket, restaurants, etc. Besides, my office is just one minutes away from the apartment. The apartment is equipped with complete facilities, I like the natural gas stove. I prefer to cook with natural gas instead of electricity.read more

Over the years, Link Living has always taken care of everything I needed in regards to my property in Brisbane.

Being interstate I can...rest assured they are taking the best care of my investment property.

Hmmmm where do I start...
My property has been through a lot, COVID tenants not paying, insurance claims, major repairs, renovations, floods, storm damages etc etc. It's been a nightmare being interstate sometimes but link Living always made it slightly easier to sleep at night and get things done.

Thousands of emails and phone calls and booking in repairs etc etc I can imagine they followed up on so many....
Despite my busy schedule of 58 hours a week, they always take that into account and reply to my late evening emails...

Thank you Brad and Lilly. You both know what to do and certainly how to manage properties. High attention to detail, honest opinion and amazing service. Lilly has always gone above and beyond. Her kind nature and professionalism is something to be admired.
